Buddhism in our Lives

Fri Jul 03 2015 7pm
Chan Shun Concert Hall

Presented by the Headmaster Tze-I of Taiwan Lingyen Mountain Temple

A philosophy deeply rooted in people’s desire to search for answers to the timeless questions about life, Buddhism is as much a way of life as it is a religion.

Lingyen Mountain Temple (LYMT) will be hosting a lecture on Buddhism to explain the relevance of this ancient practice in the modern, fast-paced world. Headmaster Tze-I of Taiwan LYMT will offer an insightful analysis of life from a Buddhist perspective.

Using simple but profound principles, he will help us discover a path to absolute happiness. We will learn how to make the most out of our lives by practicing Buddhism, leading us to the most peaceful life and our ultimate home.

Please join us for this special opportunity to learn about the Buddhadharma. The evening will start with some performances, followed by the lecture in Mandarin with simultaneous interpretation in English.

In addition to online ticket reservation, printed tickets are also available at Lingyen Mountain Temple (604-271-0009).
