Beijing Opera in Concert

Presented by the Vancouver China Cultural Centre Inc

The Beijing Opera, a department of the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts (NACTA), performs in Vancouver.

The performance will feature styles from northern China (Beijing) and those of other regions, including the southern city of Guangzhou and the southwestern city of Kunming. The performers will include some of the Beijing Opera’s most experienced professors and instructors, who have honed their craft for decades.
