Technical Specifications

The Chan Centre’s flexible venues are designed and well-equipped to handle a variety of events and performances. A full-time production staff oversees clients’ technical needs, with expertise in lighting and sound. Special requirements should be reviewed with the Chan Centre’s Technical Operations staff. The Chan Centre has a state-of-the-art Meyer PA system in the Chan Shun Concert Hall. This system includes a new CAL centre cluster and left and right Mina line arrays. The Meyer PA system at the Chan Centre is one of the most frequently requested brands in the riders of many artists today. The acquisition of this system was made possible through the generous support of the Department of Canadian Heritage.
