Purchasing Tickets
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review and verify pricing, seat selections, event, venue and times before confirming their purchase.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Orders purchased over the stated ticket limits, or suspected of being purchased for intentional resale may be cancelled and refunded (less fees) without notice. Accounts suspected of being used for the purpose of circumventing this limit will be refunded (less fees) and flagged against future use.
Your Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Tickets are not final sale if you’re a season subscriber – season subscribers can exchange their tickets. New promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied once a ticket has already been purchased. However, exceptions can be made for the following reasons:
If a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or postponed you will be able to obtain a refund. If the performance is cancelled you will be automatically refunded. If the performance is re-scheduled or postponed, a 14-day refund window will open up starting on the day of the announcement. The original purchaser will receive the refund.
If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, you may gift your ticket to a friend or family member.
If a ticket has been transferred multiple times, only the ticket accepted from the most recent transfer will be valid for event entry. All previous tickets will be invalidated and will not be permitted for access to the venue.
If upgrading your seat, the difference in price will be charged. We are not able to offer refunds if choosing to switch into a less expensive seat.
Performance dates, times, casting, and programs are subject to change. No refund will be owed if an opening act, program or performer is changed or canceled.
