G Day for Girls

G Day is a day of celebration and empowerment for girls ages 10 to 12 to welcome them into adolescence. Programming includes presentations from local leaders about topics including self-esteem and personal goals and movement-based activities including yoga and dance.

We also invite “Girl Champions” (parents, guardians and others playing a role in supporting a girl’s development) to join the girls for a final 90 minute program.
