One of the most vibrant performers on the international concert scene returns to Vancouver with Il Pomo d’Oro, an ensemble of outstanding quality in the field of historically informed performance.

The meticulously curated program ‘BEYOND’ includes songs from Monteverdi, Marini, Caccini, Frescobaldi, Pallavicino, Netti, and other early Baroque composers. This is music that is relevant beyond its own time; it is still alive and vibrant. The musicians will take us on a journey of discovery BEYOND the limits of a classical concert or musical concept to experience music from the past that is as touching and as entertaining as ever.
