This documentary follows the fascinating story of bluegrass—from its origins in the Appalachian mountains as a merging of jazz and blues with country and folk music, to its place in modern-day pop culture.  Featuring Béla Fleck, Steve Martin, Mumford & Sons, Crooked Still and Aoife O’Donovan, and many more icons of the genre.

Directed by Anna Schwaber, 2017, 61 min.
