High School Graduation Ceremonies

  • Unless requested, these services are not provided. If you require a live stream, we are happy to provide this service. Additional fees may apply.

  • There are 6 flag poles and 2 Canadian and 2 BC flags. You are welcome to add your standard-sized school and city flags.

  • Please contact Paul Sontz, Manager of Front of House, for food and beverage inquiries.
  • Please advise Paul Sontz if you are planning to bring food (whether from the grocery store or from catering), so we can ensure that we can accommodate your food items in the fridge.
    • Please provide us with a drop-off time and when hospitality should be set up if applicable.

  • It is important on the day of the event that your team of volunteers coordinates the marshalling of the graduating students with our team.
  • This includes the entire event – from arrival to check-in at the Royal Bank Cinema, to the processional, ceremony, recessional, and departure.
  • There is guidance available if you require this. We will establish a form of communication using radios that we provide and there will be an event safety briefing with your team on the day of the event.
