Come Toward the Fire – Day of Knowledge Sharing

Join us for the fifth annual ʔəm̓i ce:p xʷiwəl (Come Toward the Fire) festival! New this year is our free day of knowledge sharing where you can learn and experience Indigenous cultures, languages, and histories at the Chan Centre and at our partners across UBC campus.

Take a tour, watch a film, or attend a workshop and take in new learning opportunities.!

The day begins inside the Chan Centre’s concert hall with a welcome from xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Councillor Alec Guerin, followed by a performance by Tsatsu Stalqayu (Coastal Wolf Pack) and Burnstick.
