A Conversation with Abdullah Ibrahim

One of the remaining legends in modern jazz, South African pianist and composer Abdullah Ibrahim talks with CBC Music’s Michael Juk about his career, journey as an artist, and decision to re-visit the iconic Jazz Epistles catalogue. Woodwind artist and Ekaya band member Cleave Guyton Jr. will also join the discussion.

This event takes place at the Vancouver Community College Auditorium (1155 East Broadway at Glen Drive). Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
