The UBC Ballet Club is a student-run non-profit dance society at the University of British Columbia which believes in making dance accessible to all, offering classes, performance opportunities, and involvement for everyone. The Ballet Club’s Competitive Team has won competitions at the Surrey Dance Festival, and has performed in many events, such as VanCity Project 22.
In the End of Year Showcase, UBC Ballet Club is presenting original classical and contemporary ballet pieces, as well as repertoire variations from renowned choreographers and musicians. Guest performances from other UBC dance clubs and teams will also be featured.
