UBC Medicine Spring Gala 2025 (In Partnership with Covenant House)

Spring Gala is an annual event that celebrates the arts by showcasing the many performing and visual arts talents of UBC medical students. Our event is held yearly at the UBC Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, where we welcome up to a thousand attendees including alumni, family, and other members of the healthcare community. Every year, we donate our profits to a local charity. This year, we will be supporting the Covenant House, which is a Vancouver non-profit dedicated to supporting youth experiencing homelessness with relentless care, respect, and unconditional love. The organization provides immediate assistance, meeting basic needs like meals, showers, medical attention, and safe shelter. Our presenting sponsor this year is the BC Psychiatric Association, a professional association dedicated to advocating for reduced stigma and increased resources for people with mental illness.
