The UBC Symphony Orchestra (UBCSO) is a 110-member orchestra that performs symphonic works from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. Conducted by Jonathan Girard with special guest Eric Wilson on violoncello.

Bloch: Schelomo: Rhapsodie Hébraïque for Violoncello and Orchestra
Hindemith: Mathis der Maler: Symphony

 

UBC Students from all faculties are eligible to receive one free ticket to all UBC School of Music band, choir and orchestra concerts that have an $8 ticket price. Valid UBC student ID required. A limited number of rush tickets will be available at the Chan Centre Ticket Office one hour before the performance.
