Vancouver Recital Society Fundraiser
Three prodigiously talented youngsters selected and brought together from across the continent by the Vancouver Recital Society.
One might call 15-year-old Conrad Tao a veteran. He started violin lessons at the age of 3, piano lessons at 3 and a half and by the age of 7 he was winning prizes for his compositions.
16-year-old cellist Nathan Chan began “conducting” when he was a toddler, and made his conducting debut at the age of 3. Nathan started cello lessons when he was 5.
Inspired by the violin playing of his older brother, 16-year-old Timmy Chooi made sure his parents enrolled him for lessons and by the age of 4 he was already winning National and International competitions.
