Langley Fine Arts School: Mendelssohn’s Elijah

Over 150 singers and instrumentalists from the Langley Fine Arts School under the direction of Guest Conductor Dr. Dale Lonis will present Mendelssohn’s “Elijah”!

Dr. Lonis is the former Artistic Director and Conductor of the Israel Wind Symphony and the Winnipeg Wind Ensemble. Other performances from the award-winning Langley Fine Arts School ensembles will include the Sibelius Violin Concerto performed by the Orchestra with soloist Yoomin Park, the Senior Wind Ensemble’s presentation of John Mackey’s “Xerxes”, and music from Scandinavia by the Langley Fine Arts School Chamber Choir.
