National Broadcast Orchestra Benefit Concert Gala

Presented by the National Broadcast Orchestra in partnership with the Chan Centre

The National Broadcast Orchestra is the new Canadian ensemble formed to carry on the 70-year legacy of the CBC Radio Orchestra. The benefit concert on January 8 is the NBO’s inaugural performance in its home venue, the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts.

Special guest pianist Anton Kuerti and trumpet soloist Jens Lindemann join the NBO and conductor Alain Trudel for this premiere performance, to be recorded for broadcast on CBC Radio 2.
